Diese Seite ist mein Portfolio mit Kontaktformular. Ich verarbeite deine Daten nur, wenn es für den Betrieb der Seite oder für deine Anfrage nötig ist oder du eingewilligt hast. Kein Newsletter, kein Datenverkauf.

02Hosting und Server-Logfiles
Diese Website läuft bei WordPress.com (Automattic Inc., USA). Beim Aufruf der Seite verarbeitet der Hoster automatisch technische Daten wie IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, Browser, Betriebssystem und die zuvor besuchte Seite. Das ist nötig, damit die Seite sicher und stabil läuft (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). WordPress.com erstellt außerdem eine einfache Besuchsstatistik. Daten können dabei in die USA übertragen werden. Automattic sichert das über geeignete Garantien ab, etwa das EU-US Data Privacy Framework oder Standardvertragsklauseln.
03Kontaktformular und E-Mail
Wenn du mir über das Formular oder per E-Mail schreibst, verarbeite ich deinen Namen, deine E-Mail-Adresse und deine Nachricht, um dir zu antworten (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO bei Projektanfragen, sonst lit. f sowie deine Einwilligung nach lit. a). Das Formular wird über WordPress.com (Jetpack) verarbeitet und mir per E-Mail zugestellt. Ich lösche deine Daten, sobald deine Anfrage erledigt ist, spätestens nach zwei Jahren, sofern keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten gelten.
04Cookies und Einwilligung
Für die Einwilligung in Cookies nutze ich Cookiebot (Usercentrics A/S, Dänemark). Cookiebot speichert deine Auswahl in einem Cookie (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c DSGVO). Technisch notwendige Cookies setze ich ohne Einwilligung ein (§ 25 Abs. 2 TDDDG), alle anderen nur mit deiner Zustimmung (§ 25 Abs. 1 TDDDG, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO). Du kannst deine Auswahl jederzeit ändern.
05Google Analytics
Nur wenn du zustimmst, nutze ich Google Analytics über den Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited, Irland), um zu verstehen, wie die Seite genutzt wird. Dabei werden Cookies gesetzt und Nutzungsdaten wie aufgerufene Seiten, Verweildauer und gekürzte IP-Adresse verarbeitet. Daten können an Google LLC in den USA übertragen werden. Google ist unter dem EU-US Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert. Rechtsgrundlage ist deine Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO), die du jederzeit über die Cookie-Einstellungen widerrufen kannst.
06Schriften, Videos und Links
Für die Darstellung lade ich Schriften von Google Fonts. Dabei wird deine IP-Adresse an Google übertragen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO, einheitliche Darstellung). Das Erklärvideo von Vimeo (Vimeo.com Inc., USA) lädt erst, wenn du auf Abspielen klickst. Links zu LinkedIn, Instagram oder YouTube sind normale Links: Daten fließen erst, wenn du sie anklickst. Dann gelten die Datenschutzbestimmungen der jeweiligen Plattform.
07Deine Rechte
Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung und Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, auf Datenübertragbarkeit und auf Widerspruch gegen Verarbeitungen auf Grundlage von Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (Art. 15 bis 21 DSGVO). Eine Einwilligung kannst du jederzeit für die Zukunft widerrufen. Schreib mir dafür einfach eine E-Mail. Außerdem kannst du dich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren, zum Beispiel bei der Landesbeauftragten für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen.
08Verschlüsselung
Diese Seite nutzt eine SSL- bzw. TLS-Verschlüsselung. Du erkennst sie an „https://“ und dem Schloss-Symbol in der Adresszeile.

02Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by WordPress.com (Automattic Inc., USA). When you visit, the host automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, date and time, browser, operating system and the page you came from. This is needed to keep the site secure and stable (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). WordPress.com also creates simple visitor statistics. Data may be transferred to the USA. Automattic covers this with appropriate safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
03Contact form and email
If you write to me via the form or by email, I process your name, email address and message to reply to you (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for project requests, otherwise (f) and your consent under (a)). The form is processed via WordPress.com (Jetpack) and delivered to me by email. I delete your data once your request is done, at the latest after two years, unless legal retention periods apply.
04Cookies and consent
I use Cookiebot (Usercentrics A/S, Denmark) to manage cookie consent. Cookiebot stores your choice in a cookie (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR). Strictly necessary cookies are set without consent (§ 25 (2) TDDDG), all others only with your consent (§ 25 (1) TDDDG, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can change your choice at any time.
05Google Analytics
Only if you agree, I use Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland) to understand how the site is used. This sets cookies and processes usage data such as pages viewed, time on page and a shortened IP address. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time in the cookie settings.
06Fonts, videos and links
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which transfers your IP address to Google (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, consistent display). The explainer video from Vimeo (Vimeo.com Inc., USA) only loads when you click play. Links to LinkedIn, Instagram or YouTube are plain links: no data is shared until you click them. After that, the privacy policy of the respective platform applies.
07Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Just send me an email. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia.

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise it by “https://” and the lock icon in the address bar.
